Our Team
Serendipity only selects high quality staff who are engaging, aware and dedicated, who will treat your child with patience, care, affection, enthusiasm and understanding. We recruit quality full time Early Years Teachers and Graduate Practitioners who are supported by Early Years Educators.
All of our teachers and practitioners are trained specifically for care with young children and will always be happy to share details of your child’s daily activities and respond to any of your concerns. They aim to compliment your role as parents, rather than supplant it, and to ensure your child is safe, secure and happy whilst at nursery. They are trained to encourage and develop your child’s skills and confidence whilst maintaining the basic philosophy of Serendipity.
The Nursery operates a continuous staff training and development programme to ensure that our high standards are maintained, and all staff have extensive lists of certified qualifications which are available to view within setting.
